2024 High School Interns

These interns worked together to create a python script to streamline vegetation classification. Instead of using manual tools within ArcGIS Pro, they were able to utilize arcpy to create a fully functional script. This drastically speeds up the process of classification, which in return means analysis can be performed quicker than before.

Nived Ambadipudi

Nived is a junior at Basha High School. He is fluent with python and recently completed a research project which uses an algorithm to locate weeds in agricultural fields. Nived plans to graduate from Basha High School in 2025.

Sritej Bommaraju

Sritej is a junior at Basha High School. He has been involved in extensive research projects and has an interest in learning more about GIS. Sritej plans to graduate from Basha High School in 2025.
